The suspect is between five feet three and five feet seven inches tall and has a slim build and long, dark hair worn in a ponytail. She was wearing a leather jacket, police said.
The strike by the B.C. General Employees Union is in its sixth week and all government liquor and cannabis stores are behind picket lines.
