With continued, growing economic pressure and threats of tariffs impacting the cost of living in Canada, Corus Entertainment is excited to add a brand-new topical program to its Talk Radio lineup called Bite Sized, which explores the business of food in the country. Airing on Corus stations across the Canada, Bite Sized is a six-part series hosted by food experts Dr. Sylvain Charlebois and Michael LeBlanc 鈥 both of whom have made it their life practice to study food distribution, security and safety, and big-name Canadian retail and ecommerce marketing, respectively.
Dr. Sylvain Charlebois, known as 鈥淭he Food Professor,鈥 is one of the most cited scholars in food supply chain management, food value chains and traceability with over 775 published journal articles. Sharing the mic with him is Michael LeBlanc, the president and founder of M.E. LeBlanc & Company Inc., keynote speaker and Canadian retail marketing expert whose passion lies in the Canadian retail and food industry. In Bite Sized, the two experts will dive into some of the biggest names in the food industry, challenging those responsible for putting products on Canadian shelves, and tracking how food gets from farm to table, and everything in between.
