Some public transit agencies are concerned they may need to cut down on services. The Quebec government is currently in negotiations with municipalities to decide just how much help the province can give public transit agencies. The agencies are facing a deficit of around $2.5 and as Global’s Franca Mignacca reports, the province’s latest offer is lower than expected.
