The Winnipeg Improv Festival (WIF) kicks off today, until the 22nd. WIF artistic director Stephen Sim joins ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Morning to talk about what attendees can expect, and preview some of the star studded workshop facilitators who will help others hone their skills.
