As the shortage of teachers in Canada continues, education support workers and their unions are raising the alarm that funding issues and not enough staff are contributing to abuse in schools. As Sean Previl reports, the unions say provincial and territorial governments need to recognize there is an issue and commit to more funding to help address problem.
