After detailing the newly-released annual 鈥淲ho鈥檚 Hungry鈥 report, Daily Bread Food Bank CEO Neil Hetherington and Feed Ontario CEO Carolyn Stewart demanded collective action from municipal, provincial and federal levels of government to address Toronto鈥檚 poverty crisis. 鈥淚t鈥檚 no longer acceptable that higher education and employment are no longer a pathway out of poverty 鈥 the social safety net is broken,鈥 Hetherington said on Tuesday.
