Man dies after collision sends vehicle through ice in Toronto

In a Toronto downtown incident on Saturday, a man lost his life after a car he was travelling in veered off the roadway and plunged into Lake Ontario. Despite efforts to save him, he passed away at the scene. However, earlier in the afternoon, there was a glimmer of hope as he was pulled out of the frigid waters alive. Ahmar Khan reports.
