Canada鈥檚 federal court has ruled that the Trudeau government鈥檚 decision to invoke the Emergencies Act to shut down protests in 2022 was 鈥渦nreasonable鈥 and unjustified 鈥 contradicting a previous public inquiry. Twenty-four Israeli soldiers were killed in the deadliest day for the military since the Hamas raid that trigged its war on Hamas 鈥 a significant setback that could add to mounting calls for a ceasefire. In the U.S., Trump has tightened his grip on the Republican presidential nomination, delivering a setback to Nikki Haley in New Hampshire.
