Matt Morris, a resident of Waterloo, Ont., has been creating snow sculptures for the past dozen years, after first being inspired by the 12-foot-statues on Easter Island. With a milder-than-usual winter, he has been working on his passion projects as the opportunities arose, as well as adapting what he creates.
