The Manitoba government鈥檚 February flood outlook for the spring and summer isn鈥檛 expecting anything too major. The official spring flooding risk is 鈥渓ow to moderate鈥 for the Red, and 鈥渓ow鈥 for the Assiniboine, Souris, Qu鈥橝pelle and Winnipeg rivers.
