On the heels of an explosive investigation by ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ into the for-profit group home industry in Ontario, Manitoba is facing problems of its own. The province is investigating a group home where teens were given marijuana as a means of harm reduction. Some are blaming the government, saying there’s a lack of support for high-needs youth, which is the real issue. Melissa Ridgen has the story.
