An Ontario man who suffered a medical emergency in Costa Rica is trying to get back home. His family has all the paperwork in order, but the only obstacle is finding a hospital in Ontario willing to accept him. But as Sean O’Shea reports, this is not the first time a Canadian family has encountered unreasonable red tape bringing a loved one back home.
