Residents in the West Island and north end of Montreal who are eager to use the REM train will need to exercise a little more patience. The next phase of the light-rail network, linking Deux-Montagnes and l'Anse-脿-l'Orme to Downtown Montreal, is now facing additional delays. And it's still unclear when it will finally be up and running. Global's Franca Mignacca reports.
