A woman was arrested following five garbage bins being lit on fire on Monday night in downtown Peterborough, Ont.,
Police say two of the fires involved bins at Millennium Park, the others along downtown roads. Police used CCTV footage to identify a suspect who was later located and arrested and charged with five counts of arson.
