Moncton fire chief says more fires being set after shelters closed for season

A Moncton property owner says a fire set in his parking lot is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to increasing crime downtown. The city’s fire chief says more people are setting fires to keep themselves warm now that the out of the cold shelters have closed. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
