Admitted serial killer Jeremy Skibicki has been handed four life sentences with no chance of parole for 25 years in the 2022 murders of four Indigenous women in Winnipeg. Rebecca Contois, 24; Morgan Harris, 39; Marcedes Myran, 26; and an unidentified woman Indigenous community members have named Mashkode Bizhiki’ikwe, or Buffalo Woman, were Skibicki’s victims.
