Loud explosions rocked Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, early on Monday as Russia launched missiles, sparking fires and damaging homes and infrastructure, officials said. The barrage of missiles comes as students return to class. Many are now underground, where parents hope they’ll be safe as the war drags on.
