The long-awaited final report of a public inquiry into the devastating 2017 London Grenfell Tower blaze that killed 72 people was released on Wednesday, laying responsibility for the disaster on the companies involved. Hisam Choucair, a relative of one of the victims, described the inquiry as being "forced鈥� on the families and said that they were not consulted. 鈥淭o some, it gives answers, and to some, it doesn't do anything except put that extra nail in the coffin.鈥�
