The long-awaited final report of a public inquiry into the devastating 2017 London Grenfell Tower blaze that killed 72 people was released on Wednesday, laying responsibility for the disaster on the companies involved. Hisam Choucair, a relative of one of the victims, described the inquiry as being “forced鈥 on the families and said that they were not consulted. 鈥淭o some, it gives answers, and to some, it doesn’t do anything except put that extra nail in the coffin.鈥
