Halifax, police should apologize for handling of 2021 tent encampment evictions: review finds

It’s been roughly three years since a clash between housing advocates and police in Halifax over a controversial tent encampment for people experiencing homelessness. A review into the incident found many issues with the way police handled the crisis. Heidi Petracek reports.
