Urgences-santé may soon have a new tool to help paramedics save lives. A new artificial intelligence system is being set up to anticipate emergency calls and the number of paramedics that will be needed at any given time. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, system isn’t in place yet but it’s expected to be a first in Canada.
