Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's Liberals have been defeated in two byelections. The longtime Liberal riding of LaSalle-脡mard-Verdun in Montreal was lost to the Bloc Qu茅b茅cois, while the NDP kept the Winnipeg riding of Elmwood-Transcona.
