In southwestern Quebec, volunteers are spending much of this week underwater, as part of a critical clean-up project. Divers are working off the city of Beauharnois near Montreal, collecting some of the thousands of tires that were intentionally placed in the St. Lawrence River. Mike Armstrong takes a deep dive into how the tires got there, and the effort to remove them.
