Managers at Montreal鈥檚 public transit agency recently got some slick new wheels to roll around town in. The STM now boasts 18 shiny Ford Mustang SUVs in its fleet, but as Global鈥檚 Dan Spector reports, many are wondering why taxpayer dollars were spent on fancy cars instead of something a bit more reasonable.
