Following a joint Thursday announcement from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Immigration Minister Marc Miller that Canada will reduce the number of new permanent residents by 21 per cent by next year, Conservative MPs questioned the Liberals鈥 intentions. The Opposition also alleged the federal government 鈥渟hattered the system鈥 and 鈥渂roke the consensus on immigration鈥 already.
