A West Island woman is complaining about the costs of being a dog walker. She pays more than $100 to the city for a permit, but family members can’t use it when she is out sick and have to buy new ones to walk the same pet. As Global’s Amanda Jelowicki reports, the dog walker says it’s just unfair to people and their dogs.
