The Crown and defence at the Alpha Henry murder and attempted murder trial argued whether or nor Henry was responsible for the unlawful acts of stabbing his parents to death and trying to kill his brother. The defence says if Alpha is found to be responsible, it will be asking for a psychiatric assessment and will argue he is not criminally responsible due to a mental disorder at the time. Catherine McDonald reports.
