Toronto’s fleet of heavy vehicles could soon have new safety measures installed meant to prevent cyclists and pedestrians from getting sucked under their wheels. The move comes years after similar efforts stalled out and the private trucking industry is pushing back on the suggestion it could be expanded. Matthew Bingley reports.
