Calgarians break out the shovels and plows after waking up to around ten to 15 centimeters of snow on Saturday morning during the latest winter wallop of the year. While many welcome the snow, for others it’s highlighting the desperate need for more emergency shelters for the city’s most vulnerable as temperatures dip.
