An off-duty Toronto police officer has been found not guilty of assault causing bodily harm but guilty of assault. A judge found that Const. Calvin Au’s force was unreasonable and excessive when he took down Chad Facey after the Brampton teenager sold his partner a fake apple watch. Catherine McDonald reports.
