More than two dozen are dead after Syrian rebels launched attacks in rural parts of Aleppo earlier this week, despite a ceasefire being in place since late 2019. The attacks caused heavy losses to the Syrian military, with officials in Damascus looking to rally allies to prevent the civil war from flaring up. Kyle Benning has more.
