Holiday campaigns are in full swing for a number of organizations in the region, and that includes for the salvation army in Ajax. Registration opened on November 4th — for those in need looking for food and toys. This year, they opened up more than one hundred extra slots, which have all been filled. Officials say for the first time ever, they have hit capacity with high demand.
