President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has pointed his finger at Russia鈥檚 military, claiming they were responsible for the Azerbaijan Airlines crash that occurred in Kazakhstan on Christmas Day and killed 38 people. Though Aliyev said Sunday that he thinks Russia shot the plane down unintentionally, he has accused Moscow of trying to 鈥渉ush up鈥 the issue for several days.
