This arctic air mass that has descended on Montreal makes for some very cold nights and those experiencing homelessness are especially vulnerable. Many are showing up at the ER departments of hospitals, finding refuge for a few hours to stay warm. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, many fear this trend will continue in the coming days.
