A speed enforcement camera in Toronto’s west-end has become notorious for the amount of time vandals have spent keeping the camera down on the ground, rather than attached to its pole. As Noor Ra’fat tells us, the third reinstalment comes as the city plans to double the amount of speed cameras deployed in the coming months.
