Julianne Moore plays a writer who meets an old friend played by Tilda Swinton, a former war correspondent dying of cancer, in “The Room Next Door.” British pop star Robbie Wiliams is portrayed as a CGI-generated chimpanzee in the outrageously entertaining biopic “Better Man.” A man returns with his family to his childhood home in the wilds of Oregon and is stalked by a lupine in “Wolf Man.”
