Prince Edward Island (PEI) gets its fair share of tourists — but a golden eagle in November is not the typical visitor. The giant bird was spotted flapping down the middle of a road, unable or unwilling to fly. Since then, a wildlife group has been helping it regain strength. And this week he took flight.
