Speaking in Oakville on Monday, Ontario PC leader Doug Ford said the province will “react hard” and “react fast” if U.S. President Donald Trump goes through with 25 per cent steel and aluminum tariffs expected to be imposed Monday afternoon. “First of all, let’s find out what he’s proposing,” Ford said.
