For many outdoor enthusiasts, a GPS device that works without cell service can be a literal lifesaver. When a Kelowna man had his stolen from his vehicle, he was able to track it down easily, but as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, despite being able to point police to its location, he still doesn’t have it back.
