U.S. President Donald Trump’s impending steel import tariffs will hit Ontario especially hard, where about half of Canada’s steel production facilities are located. As Caryn Lieberman reports, while Ontario’s steel manufacturers went through similar pain during Trump’s first term, it doesn’t make the new tariffs any less nerve-wracking.
