Honda-Nissan-Mitsubishi merger collapses, $60B plans dropped

Japanese automakers Honda, Nissan and Mitsubishi have officially dropped their talks on a $60 billion business integration. The bombshell came after Nissan said Honda wanted to make their company a subsidiary, as opposed to initial plans to set up a holding company.
