Speaking in Jerusalem on Tuesday, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar vowed Israel would begin negotiations on the anticipated second phase of its ceasefire in Gaza 鈥 more than two weeks after the discussion was supposed to occur. When at the bargaining table, Saar said Israel will demand 鈥渃omplete demilitarization of Gaza,鈥 meaning no further 鈥減resence of Hamas or any other terrorist groups.鈥
