After top diplomats from the U.S. and Russia met Tuesday to discuss national relations and negotiations regarding peace in Ukraine, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has condemned the fact that Kyiv officials were not included in those talks, saying it “puts at risk” Ukraine’s future and global democracies. “Nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine,” the Liberal leader said Wednesday.
