The first of two debates between the four Liberal Party of Canada leadership candidates is set to begin Monday night in French, before a follow-up English-language debate on Tuesday. Mark Carney, Chrystia Freeland, Karina Gould and Frank Baylis will face off before advance party member voting begins on Wednesday and a winner is announced on March 9.
