As Montreal’s blue collar workers continue clearing snow from last week’s storm, they now face the new challenge of filling potholes. The craters have sprouted across city streets during this February thaw, and it’s a race against time to patch as many as possible before temperatures drop again. Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines reports.
