Trump vows 25% tariffs on Canadian goods starting March 4

U.S. President Donald Trump now says a 25 per cent tariff on most Canadian goods will start March 4, despite suggesting the day before that Canada could avoid those tariffs for another month. Mackenzie Gray looks at how Trump is justifying his decision, and how British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during a visit to the White House, avoided talking about Trump’s threat to annex Canada.
