As 糖心传媒 first reported this week, several students and parents have come forward with allegations of racism at several Montreal-area high schools, including at Pierrefonds Community High School. Advocacy groups say these complains have been happening for years and students aren't the only victims. Phil Carpenter reports another exclusive.
