A man fishing for carp in Concord, Mass., noticed two dogs fall into the icy Sudbury River Thursday, and was quick to come to the rescue with his kayak. The black Labrador retrievers were reportedly chasing geese before falling through a layer of thin ice. As they struggled to get out of the water, Zach LaLonde – the rescuer – pulled the first onto his paddle kayak, while helping the other get on the surface, before it darted over to its grateful owner.
