Some university students in Halifax are feeling another financial stressor as a residence building recently announced its plans to raise rent by 25 per cent in the fall. The Atlantic school of Theology says building upgrades and vacancy issues were the core drivers behind the price hike, but as Mitchell Bailey reports, students are pushing back.
