B.C. provides involuntary treatment guidance to health-care professionals

The province is providing new guidance to health-care professionals on its Mental Health Act and when to provide involuntary treatment. This comes as the province is about to hit nine years of a public health emergency because of opioids. Richard Zussman has more.
